I can't see a transaction I've made with HyperJar

Some payments made on payment readers that are offline (such as in-flight purchases and at some petrol stations) can take a few days or weeks to appear in your transaction's activity.  

We recommend you keep checking, but if the transaction hasn’t appeared 3 weeks after you made it, please get in touch either via Live Chat or emailing us at support@hyperjar.com and we’ll investigate this further for you.
