Can I get a refund on Reading & Leeds Festival HyperVouchers?

Unfortunately, we can’t refund Reading & Leeds Festival HyperVouchers bought or redeemed in the app. The good news is, if you have any money left on your Reading & Leeds Festival Voucher, you can put it towards your next festival ticket or merchandise on the Reading & Leeds Festival website.

If you have purchased a voucher code and have not redeemed this yet, this will be automatically refunded to the original method of payment after 28th August 2024.
