Transfers from a UK bank account to your HyperJar account is usually available almost immediately, provided the sending bank/building society are Direct Participants of Faster Payments.
Please note: If the sending bank/building society is not a participant of Faster Payment, it can take 1-2 hours for the funds to land in your account, some senders might take longer than others to process payments.
We will send you a notification the moment the transfer arrives in your HyperJar account.
If the bank transfer hasn’t arrived after more thank a few hours, please check with your bank that the payment was sent and contact us via the Chat feature in the app.
