If you think a HyperJar Kids Card is lost or stolen, freeze it in the app by going to the Account tab from your Home screen and click Freeze card from the child's profile in the app.
Once the card is frozen, it cannot be used until it is unfrozen in the app. You should then contact us via Live Chat.
