To start the process of Closing your HyperJar Account, please contact us on live chat or via email to support@hyperjar.com stating - ACCOUNT CLOSURE REQUEST.
If you have a remaining balance in your HyperJar Account, you can withdraw the balance by signing into the app and following instructions below:
From your Home Screen tap on your Wallet
Tap Send and select Transfer money to a bank
Tap Edit payee and enter first and last name
You will now be able to transfer your remaining balance by tapping on the Linked Account details you have entered.
Please bear in mind that we are obligated to keep your data for 6 years, to comply with regulatory requirements, such as anti-money laundering laws.
