Some payments made on terminals that are offline (such as those on a flight and in some petrol stations) can take a few days or even weeks to appear in your transactions activity.
Keep checking, but if the transaction has not appeared 3 weeks after you made it, do get in touch using the Live Chat feature in the app or email us at support@hyperjar.com.
