We send all our customers instant, real-time push notifications for every transaction or withdrawal/deposit so that you can immediately spot anything suspicious.


Checking the push notifications as they come in and regularly reviewing your Activity list (tap transactions on your Home screen) is a key part of keeping your account secure. 


In addition, we also use 3D Secure 2.0 for online spending - this is when you are periodically asked to confirm an online transaction via the app before we authorise it.


If you ever suspect an issue, then Freeze your card immediately via the Profile tab.  It’s easy to do, and easy to undo later, so never hesitate to press ‘Freeze’.
