We send all our customers instant, real-time push notifications for every transaction or withdrawal/ deposit you make so you can immediately spot anything suspicious. These may be delayed if you have weak or no signal or Wi-Fi. These also won’t be received if you’ve declined the app permission to send you push notifications.
In addition, we also use 3D Secure 2.0 for online spending, this is where you may be asked to confirm an online transaction in your app before we authorise it.
If you ever suspect an issue, freeze your card immediately in the Profile tab under the Manage Card section. You can always unfreeze the card if you later recognise the account activity.
