Why has my transaction declined?

There are several reasons why your transaction may have declined, these include:

You may not have enough money in your HyperJar account
You have entered the incorrect details (PIN, CVV, Expiry date)
Your card is blocked because the PIN has been entered incorrectly three times. If this is the case, please start a Live Chat and we can help unblock it
Your card is frozen
Your card has expired
Your card is damaged
The merchant does not accept Mastercard payments
