To order a replacement card for a lost, damaged, or stolen HyperJar card, please visit Live Chat in your app by going into Profile > Customer Support & FAQs > Live Chat.

Adult cards

Adult HyperJar cards are virtual by default and are activated automatically. If you would like a physical card, you can request one for £4.99. If you are experiencing issues with your card, please contact customer support via Live Chat.

Kids cards

Kids cards are always physical cards. If your child's card is requiring a signature instead of a PIN or contactless payment, the card may need to be replaced. To request a replacement, contact customer support via Live Chat and provide the child's name and your address. The replacement card will take up to 10 working days to arrive.

To activate the new Kids card, use the Kids App or the adult app and follow the instructions provided by the support team. Note: the first transaction in-store must be made with chip and PIN to activate the contactless payment feature.
