Why have you introduced charging?

Banks charge us every time customers transfer money in and out of their HyperJar accounts. To help meet these costs while keeping the most important parts of our service free – like unlimited personal spending Jars, exclusive cashback, rewards and discounts with leading brands, and no added fees when you spend abroad - we are introducing some limits on transfers and charging a very small fee for exceeding them. 

Deposits/loads into your HyperJar account from a bank

£10 or more: Free and unlimited

Under £10: 1 x free per month, after which we will charge 50p per deposit/load of under £10

Transfers out of your HyperJar account to a bank

4 x free per month, after which we will charge 50 per transfer out
